To make this card you will need your base card cut out at 5 1/2 x 10 1/2 inches. You then will need to score your card lengthwise at 1 1/4, 2 1/2, 4 1/4, 6 and 8 1/4. Then you will fold it accordion style to look like the picture above. Each rise will be taller than the last. Then decorate however you want!
