Mother-in-law rolls

For Thanksgiving this year I asked my mother in law for her roll recipe.I don't consider myself great at making bread. I missed that section in college because I was having my first baby. I am learning though. My family is the type to buy most things premade so life is a little easier but I wanted to show them the reward for a little hard work. Do these look yummy or what?

2 tablespoons yeast
1/2 cup warm water with a little bit of sugar
3/4 cup canned milk
3/4 cup hot water

2tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp. baking power2 eggs
5 cups of flour

Mix yeast and water with sugar, (sugar helps it to rise). set aside and let it rise for about 10 minutes.  It should at least triple in size.  Make sure you do it in a glass container.

In a large bowl add canned milk, water, eggs, salt, oil, baking powder, and sugar, Mix well.
Add in yeast, and add 2 1/2 flour, let it mix, then add the rest of flour.  The mix should be sticky and pull away from the bowl.  The bread will be sticky so use flour and oil on your hands.  Let rise, punch down, let rise again.  Form into rolls, let rise .
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
